Writing scope, package limits and project conditions.
Agreeing a project
Loxfetnu writes sustainability reports and environmental copy from client-supplied information. Before acceptance, we agree the audience, reporting period, boundaries, source files, deliverables, total price and schedule. A package selection or enquiry does not confirm an order.
Packages and prices
Focused brief: CAD 900, up to 2,000 words, 3 sections and 5 supplied source files; 1 revision round(s); first draft in 5 business days. Report narrative: CAD 2,400, up to 6,000 words, 8 sections and 12 supplied source files; 2 revision round(s); first draft in 10 business days. Extended report: CAD 4,800, up to 12,000 words, 14 sections and 25 supplied source files; 2 revision round(s); first draft in 15 business days. Prices are in CAD before applicable taxes. The scope, taxes and total price are confirmed before you accept. This website does not collect payments.
Scope and deliverables
Each package covers one English publication or connected set of sections, based on the supplied material. Word limits include headings, captions, notes and tables. A source file is one agreed document or workbook; its size and relevant content are reviewed before acceptance. Deliverables are an editable DOCX, a TXT copy, a source-reference list and outstanding editorial questions.
Timing and revisions
Timing refers to the first draft after complete source material and project confirmation. Client response time is excluded. One revision round means one consolidated set of comments on the same scope; allow up to 3 business days per round after complete feedback. New data, extra formats, additional sections or a change of reporting period require an agreed scope and price adjustment.
Editorial boundaries
Packages cover editorial writing and editing. They do not include independent data verification, an assurance engagement, certification, legal advice, compliance assessment, emissions calculation, graphic design, layout or publication. You approve the underlying information, calculations, disclosures and final text.
Client material and approval
You confirm the accuracy and permitted use of the source material, definitions and calculations. We flag missing or uncertain information rather than invent it. You approve the final claims and text and make the decision to publish.
Changes and cancellation
Payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any additional work are agreed before project confirmation. Scope extensions require an agreement on price and timing before that work starts.
